大学教育とウィキメディア【WW2026】

ウィキメディアンの大学生、大学院生、大学教員が、それぞれの経験と図書館をめぐる話題を語ります。モデレーターのEugene Ormandy（ユージン・オーマンディ）さんは早稲田Wikipedianサークル、稲門ウィキペディアン会の創設者で、大学院ではウィキメディアを研究しています。パネリストは次の通りです。コヨミヤさんは9歳のころからウィキペディア編集を始め、現在は日本語版ウィキペディアの管理者も務めています。Lin Xiangruさんは中学生から始め、大学入試英語の準備でウィキペディアの翻訳に取り組んだそうです。Ga2byさんは留学先の英国でウィキペディアにはまりました。辞書マニアのLakka26さんは辞書尚友を主宰しています。北村紗衣さんは大学教育の中にウィキペディア編集を取り入れておられます。

各パネリストのトークの後、全員のディスカッションと質疑応答を行います。

Forum “University Education and Wikimedia”

University students, graduate students, and faculty members who are also Wikimedians will share their experiences and discuss topics related to libraries. The moderator, Eugene Ormandy, is the founder of the Student Wikipedian Community in Waseda Uni. Tokyo and the Toumon Wikipedian Club Japan, and is currently conducting graduate research on Wikimedia. The panelists are as follows: Koyomiya began editing Wikipedia at the age of nine and currently serves as an administrator for the Japanese Wikipedia. Lin Xiangru started editing during junior high school and engaged in Wikipedia translation work as part of their preparation for university entrance exams. Ga2by became hooked on Wikipedia while studying abroad in the UK. Lakka26, a dictionary enthusiast, runs the group "Jisho Shoyu" (Dictionary Friends). Sae Kitamura incorporates Wikipedia editing into her university teaching.

Following the individual presentations by the panelists, there will be a group discussion and a Q&A session.
